Aztec Mechanical Community Giveback Program Kicks off Summer Season 

ALBUQUERQUE — April 1 — Aztec Mechanical, a heating and cooling HVAC subcontractor headquartered in Albuquerque, is gifting an evaporative cooler to a local mother in need just ahead of Mother’s Day. 

“Our company standard of doing the right thing transfers beyond our day-to-day work,” said Celissa Apodaca, Vice President of Business Operations, Human Resources, and Development for Aztec Mechanical. “Most moms wear a lot of hats and we want to recognize a deserving mom in our local community, especially before the hot summer season.” 

The community is invited to submit nominations to a deserving mom. In order to qualify for the giveaway individuals must meet the following requirements: 

  • Must reside in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe areas
  • Must be a single mother
  • Must own their residence 
  • Must be nominated.

Nominations are being accepted online via from April 1-April 24th. The winner will be announced on our website and social media channels on April 26th.

The equipment and labor combined are worth more than $4,000 and are one of many ways Aztec Mechanical is helping fellow New Mexicans in need.
